Nancy Frasca Cabazares has been a professional Chef for over 30 years. Throughout her career she has had the honor to hone her skills in such amazing places from Santa Fe NM, to NY to Athens Greece working every position from bus kid to Executive Chef. She graduated from Concordia College with a Bachelor of Science degree and also attended Johnson & Wales University. In addition to her culinary skills, she is also a classically trained opera singer and has many professional theatrical credits including Carnegie Hall. Besides singing, her passion is food and preparing creative nutritious meals for her family and now for you. Nancy is also a Certified Food Safety Professional. She had performed many food safety audits for several companies.
