Meet Chef Nancy Frasca-Cabazares CP-FS
Nancy founded South of Broadway Studios in 2014. She wanted to be able to showcase all of her creative talents in one place. Nancy has been a Chef for more than 30 years with a wide portfolio of experience from fine dining to intimate dinner parties. She is also a classically trained vocalist with many years of experience in theater and performance arts. She has played in many professional theater productions as well as major concert venues such as Carnegie Hall. She has been entertaining at various country clubs, social clubs and private parties for the last 14 years. Nancy is also an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church since 1999 and has officiated many wedding ceremonies for many happy couples.
